The rear end is from a Midget/Sprite. It was stripped of its unneeded brackets and hydraulic brakes. The bearings were inspected, cleaned and repacked with grease. New seals and gaskets were installed along with new locking tab washers. Solid aluminum lowering blocks were fabricated to properly align and locate the rear along with heavy duty U-bolts, and a newly designed mechanical disc brake system was adapted by fabricating some aluminum caliper brackets.
