MOTOR MOCK-UP

Using an assortment of wood and concrete blocks, the motor and transmission were mocked-up so that I could take design measurements for the motor mount setup.  

MOTOR MOUNT & CRADLE

The motor will be mounted using (4) roll-bar clamps and a stainless tube cradle that will bolt into the frame to help stiffen things up. `

SUSPENSION MODS

The front suspension will be lowered using custom perches that mount the I-beam above (instead of below) the leaf pack to maintain proper geometry. The rear end will be lowered using solid aluminum blocks.

BRAKES
